harmony Engage is an add-on offering to our other harmony product offerings. It helps teams plan, track and summarize engagement plans with HCPs and/or scientific entities over time.
Engage allows you to establish annual engagement plans by disease area that are tied off to your HCPS or entities of interest, with built-in entity profiles and external stakeholder bios. It allows your teams to keep track of interactions with stakeholders and entities, with the ability to capture interaction summaries (survey responses, notes, files, and more) via the system, and apply weighted scores to individual interactions to help ensure your interactions are focused on quality, not simply quantity.
