- Up to 2 figures (each counts by image height, max 560 characters) and 1 table (50 characters per row) 2026 rules

- $80 nonrefundable fee per research abstract, case report or informational poster; $100 per late-breaking abstract 2026 rules
- Who can submit
- Anyone, including nonmembers without sponsorship. No limit on research abstracts but one per study; up to 2 case reports per Presenting Author 2026 rules

- Abstracts are not eligible for consideration if the research will have been presented (oral or poster) at another meeting or press conference prior to Kidney Week.
